The area turned into a bed & breakfast, although on the inside of the house, has been designed in such as way as to be completely independent.

However, it functions as a small one-room apartment because it has a bedroom area with two single beds, wardrobe and desk and a living area furnished with a hideaway bed, a table with chairs. There is also a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, electric hot plate and small oven.
The bathroom is exclusively for the use of the guests and it is supplied with everything that you need including an emergency bell. In addition, fans have been installed for the summer and radiators with internal thermostats to regulate the temperature with complete autonomy.
The bed & breakfast has been registered officially with the APT of Venice. (Venice Tourist Promotion Board).
Prices include breakfast, room cleaning and linen and refer to the room (not per person) per day.
